TRENTON - A Trenton man accused of sexually assaulting a woman with a television remote control and posting a video of the attack on Facebook will get no break on his bail, a Mercer County judge ruled Friday.

rey.jpgJustin Rey, 21, of Trenton, was arrested and charged with sexual assault and weapons offenses.

Justin Rey will remain jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail following a hearing before Mercer County Superior Court Judge Darlene Pereksta, prosecutors said.

Rey, 21, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with aggravated sexual assault and weapons charges for the attack on a 19-year-old Trenton woman.

Police have said that Rey used a television remote control to sexually assault the woman while she was asleep.

The victim was unaware of the attack as it happened and only became aware of it after a video of it began to circulate on Facebook, police have said.

The attack occurred in a house on the 1000 block of South Clinton Avenue sometime in October. An investigation into the attack began on Nov. 4, police have said.
