TRENTON - A Trenton man who threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend faces weapons offenses and terroristic threat charges, police said Wednesday.
Marcus Chisolm, 30, was outside a house on the first block of Elsworth Avenue, arguing with his ex-girlfriend shortly after 8 a.m. Tuesday. He left and retuned with a handgun, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
Varn said Chisolm said to his ex-girlfrien: "I'm going to kill you. I can take you out.''
Chisolm then left in a Dodge Caravan and was located by police on the 200 block of East Front Street, where he was arrested without incident, Varn said.
Chisolm was charged with weapons offenses, making terroristic threats and criminal mischief, Varn said.
Chisolm was jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail, according to police records.
