Nichole Rudy, 33, faces more than a half-dozen drug charges
TRENTON -- A Pennsylvania woman who police say stuffed 34 decks of heroin into her mouth as they approached is facing more than a half-dozen drug charges.
Nichole Rudy, 33, of Sandy Ridge, Pa., was arrested around 6:13 p.m. Monday.
Street Crime Unit detectives were patrolling in the area of McAvoy Alley and Walnut Avenue when they saw what they believed to be a drug deal between Rudy and a young man inside a car, said Lt. Stephen Varn.
The passenger side door was open and as they approached, the man fled. The detectives gave chase, but were unable to catch him, Varn said.
Rudy, who had placed 34 decks of heroin in her mouth, was also found to have a gram of crack cocaine, hypodermic needle syringe, crack pipe and four counterfeit $100 bills on her, Varn said.
