PRINCETON - Police are looking for a suspect who wounded a man with a metal weapon on a Princeton street last week, according to a statement from the department.
The alleged victim told police he was on South Harrison Street near Lake Lane around 9 p.m. Thursday when the man - who hasn't been identified - came up and cut him using a metal weapon that looked like a pair of scissors, the statement said. The weapon was flat, thin and had "two finger holes," according to the statement.
The assault left the alleged victim with a wound to his abdomen, police said.
Police were still looking for the assailant Tuesday. He's described as 150 to 180 pounds with a lean build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark blue jeans, the statement said.
