Henry Torres-Lopez, 29, was charged with invasion of privacy, endangering the welfare of a child and tampering with evidence Wednesday after school officials identified him and called police.

Torres-Lopez was working with a cleaning crew hired to wash windows at the prestigious Hun School in Princeton at around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

He allegedly entered a girls' bathroom and photographed a 14-year-old girl, police said in a statement. They did not say how he photographed the girl or where she was in the bathroom at the time.

School officials identified and Torres-Lopez and called police, who took him into custody Wednesday afternoon. He was released with a summons and a pending court date, the statement said.

The Hun School is a private school in Princeton with over 500 students, including some who board there, according to their website.

The Hun School released a statement Friday commending police on catching Torres-Lopez. They said they could not comment on the investigation because it's ongoing.
