TRENTON -- Police seized drugs valued at over $100,000, nine guns and cash during a raid Thursday at a Trenton house that led to the arrest of a 37-year-old city man, authorities said.

Jason Little faces 15 drug and weapons charges, and is being held on $350,000 bail.

Little's arrest followed a two-month investigation by the Mercer County Narcotics Task Force.

At about 4 p.m. Thursday, surveillance officers saw Little conducting what appeared to be drug deals at a house under construction on the 100 block of Passaic Street. He was also using a black Lincoln Town car, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said.

Just after 5:30 p.m., Little parked the car a few doors away, authorities said. He used a key to enter the house and as he was leaving, officers detained him. Little tossed a bag of marijuana upon his arrest, authorities said.

A search of the house turned up 962 grams of crack cocaine and powder cocaine, about 1.5 pounds of marijuana and about 6 ounces of Promethazine, a prescription sedative. The drugs had a street value of about $100,300, prosecutors said.

Police also found three shotguns, a .40-caliber handgun and a .357-caliber revolver inside the house. Little also had $8,913 in cash on him, authorities said.

Little's car was towed pending a search warrant.

Following Little's arrest, members of Trenton Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit searched several other abandoned houses in the area.

Officers recovered three semi-automatic handguns, a sawed-off rifle, multiple rounds of ammunition, about 15 bricks of heroin, about 40 grams of cocaine, about 50 grams of marijuana and packaging materials, authorities said.
