Zakia Marks, 35, was arrested on the 600 block of West State Street around 1:20 p.m. Monday after a warrant was authorized for her arrest for the March 30 incident, Lt. Stephen Varn said.

Marks pulled up to a house on the 100 block of Hoffman Avenue, walked to the front of the house with a duffel bag. A man there asked what she was doing there, Varn said.

Marks pulled a shotgun from the bag and attempted to rack a shell into the gun. She failed, got back into a car and left, Varn said.

After an investigation by Detective Richardo Ramos, the warrant was authorized for Marks' arrest. She was charged with aggravated assault, weapons charges and making terroristic threats. Her bail was set at $50,000, according to police records.
