The two were in Massachusetts doing residential roof work
A Trenton man allegedly stabbed a co-worker at the EconoLodge Inn & Suites Northborough, Mass. over the weekend, according to a report. A 27-year-old New Jersey man allegedly stabbed a co-worker during a dispute at a Massachusetts hotel over the weekend, a report said.
Eduardo Velasques of Trenton was arrested shortly after police arrived at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Northborough at 11:45 p.m. Saturday, according to a report on CommunityAdvocate.com.
The victim, who was stabbed in the abdomen, was treated for non-life threatening injuries at a nearby hospital.
Velasques and the victim were in the area during residential roof work for a New Jersey company that employed them, the report said.
He is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with the intent to maim, disorderly conduct and giving a false name during booking.
