The man faces five years in prison and a fine
NEW HOPE - A Pennsylvania man admitted this week to evading his taxes for four years, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pa.
Benjamin Lomas, 46, of New Hope Pa. pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday for filing false information with the IRS and diverting money from his business for personal expenses, the statement said. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Lomas continued that from 2009 through 2012.
Lomas faces five years in prison and a fine for the charges.
