Brian McQueen, 27, faces multiple drug and motor vehicle charges
TRENTON -- A Trenton man is facing multiple drug and motor vehicle charges after police confiscated 923 decks of heroin and other drugs.
Brian McQueen, 27 Detectives were on patrol near Prospect Village when they saw a man, later identified as Brian McQueen, sprint to a Chevy Venture that was parked in a handicapped space, said Lt. Stephen Varn.
McQueen, 27, quickly pulled out, but after almost hitting an unmarked police car, pulled back into the space. Police saw him reach down between the front seats, Varn said.
One of the detectives approached the driver's side and ordered McQueen to get out of the car. As he was investigating, he saw a green knapsack on the floor of the car with several rectangular objects wrapped in paper that he recognized as packaged heroin, Varn said.
In total, police recovered $745 in cash, 923 decks of heroin, 85 alprazolam pills, 69 oxycodone pills, a gram of marijuana and 3 ounces of promethazine. The car was also confiscated, Varn said.
