TRENTON -- A man who police say grabbed a woman by the throat and threw her in front of their 1-year-old daughter has been released from jail, authorities said.
Desean M. Seale, 21 A Mercer County Superior Court judge released Desean Seale, 21, on his own recognizance under the condition that he not have any contact with the victim, Mercer County prosecutors said Thursday.
Seale is accused of attacking the 20-year-old mother of his child last Friday night after the two got into an argument of their daughter's clothing, police have said.
The argument occurred at the first block of Wayne Avenue where Seale grabbed the woman by the throat and threw her on the ground before dragging her by her shirt, police said. The fight occurred in front of their 1-year-old daughter.
Seale was charged with assault and child endangerment for the attack and had a bail hearing scheduled for Thursday morning.
Prosecutors did not have any more information on Seale's case Thursday.
