The incident occurred in front of their 1-year-old daughter
TRENTON -- A Trenton man has been charged with simple assault and child endangerment after police say he attacked the mother of his 1-year-old daughter in front of her.
Desean M. Seale, 21 Desean M. Seale, 21, and the child's mother, 20, got into an argument over their daughter's clothing that escalated, said Lt. Stephen Varn.
Seale grabbed the mother by the throat and threw her to the ground, dragging her around by her shirt, Varn said.
The incident occurred at around 8:51 p.m. Friday on the first block of Wayne Avenue in the presence of the child.
The mother was able to get away and call police, who arrested Seale at the scene.
