TRENTON -- A 17-year-old boy male underwent emergency surgery Saturday morning after being shot "several times" in North Trenton, police said.
The teen was wounded "several times" in the arm, hip, and back on the 100 block of Brunswick Avenue at 9:15 a.m., Trenton Police spokesman Lt. Stephen Varn said.
He was rushed to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, where he underwent emergency surgery, Varn said. The teen was last listed critical condition.
The Shooting Response Team is currently investigating the incident.
