Raymond Reading, 47, has been charged with making a terroristic threat and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Late Tuesday, Reading went to a house near the intersection of South Olden and Farragut avenues and began arguing with a woman over money, police Lt. Stephen Varn said. The woman then called her husband, who rushed home to find Reading with a large knife in his hand.

Reading then threatened the husband and chased him until he said he was calling police, Varn said. Reading then ran across the street to another house.

Responding officers arrested him without incident.
