Police say the driver who was critically injured in a collision died from her injuries on Thursday.
HAMILTON -- The driver who was critically injured Wednesday in a collision on Norttingham Way died from her injuries on Thursday, authorities said Friday.
The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office identified the woman as Claudette Desino, a 53-year-old Hamilton resident.
Desino was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton after being freed from her wrecked vehicle by township firefighters.
The woman was struck by a pickup driven by a 28-year-old man from Howell, in Monmouth County. He was uninjured, and has not been identified by authorities.
Police have not said if any charges will be filed in the case.
