FALLS, Pa. -- The driver killed in a weekend crash on Route 1 was a Trenton woman, the Bucks County Courier Times reported.
Michelle Lanning, 32, was killed Saturday at about 6 a.m. when her vehicle crashed off the highway north of its split with Route 32 to Morrisville, the paper reported.
Her vehicle hit the right-side guard rail, careened to the left and then went down an embankment and into woods before overturning, Falls Lt. Todd Pletnick had said Saturday.
The paper reported the investigation was ongoing, but Falls police believe intoxication and speed were factors.
