Antwan Leary, 39, was charged with one count of child endangerment after the teen was questioned March 9 by school officials about her eye injury, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
School officials then contacted police, who arrested Leary on the 100 block of Randall Avenue Friday, Varn said.
The investigation was conducted by Detective Thomas Brophy, Varn said.
