TRENTON - A Trenton man was arrested and charged with shooting into a crowd during a funeral procession in January, police said Monday.
Trenton police are looking for the man caught on video surveillance as part of an investigation, authorities said. Francis McMullen, 21, was charged with five counts of aggravated assault and weapons offenses following his arrest Saturday on the 100 block of Rosemont Avenue after 6 p.m. Saturday, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
McMullen fired a gun during a Jan. 20 funeral procession for Jovan Marino. No one was injured in the shooting, which occurred when the line of cars traveling with Jovan Marino's body slowed at Chambers Street and Walnut Avenues.
Someone, later identified as McMullen, emerged from a car in the procession and fired on young men on Walnut Avenue, Trenton police said.
Marino, 24, was from Rosemont Avenue in the West Ward and was shot dead on his street Jan. 8.
The shooting caused police to beef up presence at another funeral that took place in January. There was a heavy police presence for the funeral of 21-year-old Tyquise Timmons, who was killed on Walnut Avenue in Trenton Jan. 20.

McMullen was jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail, according to police records.
Both Timmons' and Marino's deaths are unsolved.
