Police were called to Harbourton Rocktown Road for a single-car crash shortly before 6 p.m. Feb. 16.

Thomas Glover, 51, of Hamilton, was found in possession of a narcotic for which he did not have a prescription, police said.

His passenger, a 52-year-old Hamilton man, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Glover, who was treated and released that day, was charged with assault by auto, possession of narcotics without a prescription, DWI, reckless driving, no seatbelt and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.

Glover was held in the Mercer County Correction Center until the following day. His case will be forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office.
