PRINCETON -- Being 85 to 95 years old is no reason to stop exercising.
Not at least for a dozen residents of Brandywine Senior Living at Princeton who came out to the green at Palmer Square Monday demonstrate theit prowess in Tai Chi
Instructor Bev Tucker, who is certified in teaching the Tai Chi for Arthritis program authored by Dr. Paul Lam, led the participants dressed in authentic martial art uniforms and red belts through a warm-up routine followed by a 10-minute sequence under a warm September sun.

The event was part of Brandywine senior living's celebration of National Assisted Living Week (NALW) starting Sept. 13th through Sept. 19th.
NALW was established in 1995 by the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) in recognition of the assisted living industry. This Year's Theme is Nourishing Life, Mind Body & Spirit!
Brandywine celebrates all week long with our residents, families and community through fun-filled and enjoyable events, programs and activities. More information is available on their website.
Brandywine also made a video of residents interpreting Maroon 5's hit song "Sugar."
