Two people were killed and one seriously injured when a car atrial a tree off South Mill Road.
WEST WINDSOR - Two Nevada residents were killed and one seriously injured Sunday afternoon when their car struck a tree in West Windsor, police said.
West Windsor police said 74-year-old Timothy Ignas, of Henderson, Nevada was driving north on South Mill Road when when his car veered off the road and into a tree at about 1:35 p.m. near New Edinburg Road.
Ignas and one of his passengers, Nicoletta Oliver, 65, were pronounced dead on the scene. Oliver is also a resident of Henderson, a Las Vegas suburb.
Police said a second passenger, Lorraine M. Ignas, 73, also of Henderson, was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.
No other information was available Sunday night on the condition of Lorraine Ignas.
The relationship of the vehicle's occupants was not immediately known.
The investigation remains ongoing. Any witnesses to the crash are asked to contact police at 609-799-1222.
