Byron Goss, 38, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. His bail was set at $20,000
TRENTON - A fight between two men in an elevator of an apartment building left one unconscious and another facing assault charges, police said.
Byron Goss, 38, and a 52-year-old Trenton man began arguing in an elevator of the Kingsbury Towers apartments on Kinsbury Square shortly before 3 p.m. Monday when the dispute turned physical, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
The 52-year-old man was knocked to the floor of the elevator and a review of security footage showed Goss kicking the man several times in the head while he was down, Varn said.
The man suffered several facial fractures. He was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, where he was listed in stable condition, Varn said.
Goss was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. His bail was set at $20,000, according to police records.
