The pedestrian suffered a fractured skull
LAWRENCE -- Lawrence police is asking for the public's help in identifying the driver of a champagne or beige vehicle that struck a 40-year-old Trenton man on Saturday.
The accident occurred at 5:55 p.m. on Princeton Avenue in the area of Pine Street. The vehicle, which police believe could be a Buick Lacrosse, fled the scene northbound on Princeton Avenue toward the Brunswick Circle.
The pedestrian is in stable condition at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton with a fractured skull, police said.
