Bail for Lakishette Williams, 25, was reduced to $35,000 from its original $50,000 following an appearance in Mercer County Superior Court
TRENTON - A Trenton woman accused of setting fire to her own apartment while she was inside it appeared in court Monday and had her bail reduced, authorities said.
Bail for Lakishette Williams, 25, was reduced to $35,000 from its original $50,000 following an appearance in Mercer County Superior Court, prosecutors said.
Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated arson after police were called to the first block of North Gouverneur Avenue and found her inside her apartment while two fires were burning in separate rooms, police have said.
Police pulled Williams out of her apartment and found a small fire burning in the kitchen and in another room. Police were able to extinguish the fires with water from the apartment, police have said.
