MERCER COUNTY -- Most county offices will be closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, though some will remain open or have modified hours.
The following will be closed both days and reopen Monday, Nov. 30:
- McDade Administration Building, 640 S. Broad St.
- Criminal Courthouse, 400 S. Warren St.
- County Clerk, 209 S. Broad St.
- Civil Courthouse and County Surrogate, 175 S. Broad St.
- The county's Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- County Connection (Route 33 at Paxson Avenue in Hamilton) will reopen on Saturday

The following will be open:
- Trenton-Mercer Airport
- Correction Center
- Sheriff's Office
- Emergency Services Communication Center
All branches of the county's library system will be closed on Thanksgiving, but the Ewing, Hickory Corner, Lawrence and West Windsor branches will open Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. All branches will resume normal hours over the weekend.
The following parks will have modified hours:
- Mercer County Tennis Center
- Thanksgiving: 7:30 a.m. to noon
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Mercer County Skating Center
- Thanksgiving: Closed
- Friday: Skate sessions from 10 a.m. to noon, 1 to 3 p.m., 4 to 6 p.m. and 7:45 to 10 p.m.
- Mountain View Golf Course
- Thanksgiving: Shotgun start at 8 a.m., then closed the rest of the day
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Mercer Oaks and Princeton Country Club
- Thanksgiving: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Equestrian Center
- Thanksgiving: Closed
- Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wildlife Center
- Both days: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Howell Living History Farm
- Both days: Closed, but will reopen Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Tulpehaking Nature Center
- Thanksgiving: Closed
- Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
