Both women fled before police could arrive Nov. 6
EWING -- Ewing police are searching for two alleged shoplifters caught on store surveillance cameras earlier this month.
On Nov. 6, at 7:35 p.m., police were dispatched to the Forman Mills store in the 1500 block Olden Avenue for a report of a shoplifter fighting with a store security officer.
Police say the woman placed various clothing items into her purse. When she was stopped by the store officer, she removed the items from her purse and pushed past the officer. The total price of the items was $75.90
The woman drove away from the store in a red or pink Toyota Scion before police arrived.
Police described the woman as a white female with black hair, 5-feet 2-inches tall and about 24 to 30 years old.

Also on Nov. 6, Ewing patrol officers responded to the Quick Check in the 1500 block of Pennington Road for a shoplifting at 2:40 a.m.Police say the entered the store and asked for several packs of cigarettes. The female then selected a few more items and went to the register.
Once at the register, the female grabbed the cigarettes and fled the store without paying for any of the merchandise. The total price of the items was $90.
The female was described as having long, braided hair and wore a jean jacket and burgundy medical scrubs.
