TRENTON -- A Morrisville, Pa., man is facing charges he threatened a woman's life and pointed a gun at her, police said.
Jimmy Zulme, 30 Jimmy Zulme, 30, is charged with aggravated assault by pointing a gun, unlawful possession of a gun and making terroristic threats.
Police were called to the 800 block of Liberty Street at around 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, said Lt. Rolando Ramos.
A 24-year-old woman told the officers she was hanging out with Zulme's wife when Zulme began arguing with her.
Zulme then threatened to kill her and pointed a gun at her before firing a round into the air, Ramos said.
Zulme drove off and was arrested around 10 p.m. near the Lowe's in Hamilton Marketplace. The gun was legally registered to him, Ramos said.
