Ioannidis, whose last known address is Trenton, was charged with willful nonsupport in Hunterdon County. He was named as the county's Fugitive of the Week.

A fourth-degree crime, a conviction on a willful nonsupport charge can result in nine months in state prison and fines.

Because Ioannidis failed to appear in court regarding these charges, an arrest warrant was issued on May 24, 2010. According to NJ Advance Media archives, he purchased a house on Wilson Way in Raritan Township in 1997.

He is described as being 6-feet tall, weighing 300 pounds and having brown hair and eyes.
