Michele Kaish

I am writing to support Michele Kaish's candidacy for school board.  I met Michele in 2012 and also have the opportunity to work together in the West Windsor - Plainsboro Education Foundation.  Michele has the motivation to serve the best interests of all students.  She is fair, open minded, and a collaborator.  Michele does not make decisions without considering all aspects, she is also not afraid to make decisions that can be perceived as not popular, in the context to serving the best interests of all the student.  Michele has the experience to champion the needs of all children.

Michele has been a volunteer in our school district since 1997.  This gave Michele the hands-on experience with the operations of the school district and the district's curriculum, policies, programs, and finances.  Michele has the leadership to be effective to navigate through balancing conflicting requirements to achieve the best possible outcome.  She devotes time and energy to educate herself about the issues, and is skilled to "agree to disagree" while maintaining respect for all involved.  When different opinions are discussed, Michele articulates the driver of her opinion to provide context.  Please join me in voting for Michele on November 3rd.

I encourage West Windsor voters to cast their ballot to re-elect Michele Kaish to our School Board.  For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of working with Michele on numerous boards and committees within the West Windsor Plainsboro School District.  From Dutch Neck Elementary School's Dexter's Emporium through WWP High School North Post Prom, Michele is a source of wisdom, support and encouragement. She is a calming force in all situations, helping to keep a group on task. No matter what the project, Michele approaches it with a positive attitude and a smile.

What sets Michele apart from other volunteers is her ability to look at all sides of an issue before constructing an opinion. She seeks out information from all parties involved, so that she has the fullest understanding of the situation.  Using that knowledge, Michele constructively and respectfully finds solutions that best serve the needs of the group. With the many issues our School Board is continually addressing, I think it is vital that we have someone with Michele's sense of fairness, integrity and commitment as our representative. I will be voting for Michele Kaish on November 3; I hope you will do the same.
