Kenny Perez-Secaida, 19, was charged with invasion of privacy
TRENTON -- A 19-year-old Trenton man police say peeped into his downstairs neighbor's bathroom window was charged with invasion of privacy.
Kenny Perez-Secaida was caught twice looking in on his neighbors -- a 27-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman -- from the fire escape, said Lt. Stephen Varn.
On Aug. 10, the man noticed Perez-Secaida was watching him. He yelled at him, prompting him to run off. Varn said he didn't file an incident report because he thought it was a one-time thing.
On Thursday around 6 p.m., the woman was taking a shower when she felt someone was watching her. She looked up and saw her neighbor outside. She screamed and Perez-Secaida ran back upstairs.
Police were then called and Perez-Secaida was arrested.
