Erin Kratzer, 30, allegedly went to a home on Ingleton Street in South Trenton at 8:30 a.m. April 27 and asked a 31-year-old man if she could use the restroom, police spokesman Lt. Rolando Ramos said.

When the man's 27-year-old girlfriend returned home that afternoon, she discovered three diamond rings were missing, along with $300, Ramos said.

After an investigation, police were able to identify Kratzer as the alleged thief and arrested her Wednesday at 1 a.m. in her home, Ramos said.

Kratzer was found to have Pennsylvania warrants for similar offenses, Ramos said.

She is charged with theft of moveable property.
