Jihad Allison, 22, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.

On Nov. 24, officers were called to the Southard Street house by Allison's 33-year-old girlfriend, police Lt. Rolando Ramos said.

She told police that Allison had punched holes in the wall, turned over the dresser and damaged the TV in the living room. Later that night, he had also sent her a text message that read, "I was nothing but good to you but just can't be around that little b-tch until your daughter is dead, then I'll come back."

Warrants were then issued for Allison, who was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Clinton Avenue.
