Anthony Green, 23, was jailed in lieu of $350,000 cash bail
TRENTON - A Trenton man was arrested and charged with repeatedly sexually abusing two juvenile girls, police said Tuesday.
A file photo of a Trenton police car Anthony Green, 23, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment at the juvenile court at 175 South Broad Street by federal marshals Monday, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
It was unclear why Green was at the juvenile court, Varn said.
The two girls in April told a counselor about the abuse, which they said began in February, 2015 and lasted through December, 2015, Varn said.
Detective Matthew Halaycio, along with the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office along with the state Division of Child Protection and Permanency investigated and a warrant was issued for Green, Varn said.
Green was jailed in lieu of a $350,000 cash bail, according to police records.
