Raymond Napper, 22, wounded another Trenton man in a weekend shooting, police said
TRENTON - A Trenton man was arrested and charged with attempted murder for a shooting last week, police said.
Raymond Napper, 22, was charged with attempted murder and weapons offenses for a May 8 shooting that wounded another Trenton man, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
The 1:30 a.m. shooting on the 800 block of East State Street sent a 30-year-old Trenton man to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton with a gunshot wound to his lower back, Varn said.
Napper was arrested around 5 p.m. Thursday in the same block of the shooting, Varn said.
Napper's cash bail was set at $350,000, according to police records.
