The girl told police and her mother that the 32-year-old man had sex with her multiple times over 3 months
TRENTON - A Trenton man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl for three months and filming at least one of the incidents, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.
Rudy Armando Valenzuela, 32 Rudy Armando Valenzuela, 32, is accused of filming sexual encounters with the 15-year-old girl and exchanging sexually explicit text messages and pictures, prosecutors said during Valenzuela's bail hearing Monday.
Prosecutors claim that Valenzuela had sex with the girl multiple times over the course of three months.
The girl's mother discovered the encounters in February when she looked at her daughter's phone and saw the texts, pictures and a video of the two, prosecutors said.
The mother talked to her daughter and Valenzuela, both of whom admitted to the sexual relationship.
Police also spoke with the girl, who is now 16-years-old. She admitted to the relationship, but Valenzuela refused to speak with police, prosecutors said.
