Three apartments were raided on Perry Street Wednesday morning.
TRENTON - Trenton police arrested nine people as a result of a five-month drugs and weapons investigation that ended Wednesday with raids on three apartments on Perry Street, authorities said.
Trenton police raided the apartments on the 100 block of Perry Street Wednesday morning, seizing heroin, weapons, marijuana and cash. Seven people were arrested during the raids, two were arrested later Wednesday, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
Police seized two handguns, just more than a kilogram of heroin, 27 grams of marijuana and $2,714 in cash, Varn said.
Arrested were:
- Raheem McKinnon, 35
- Brequan Womack, 28
- Daniel Walker, 30
- Marquise Tull, 18
- Tyreek Ashe, 20
- Corey Logan, 32
- Kyle Silvis, 24
- Saladeen McKinnon, 30
- Jamear Miller, 21
All were charged with multiple counts of drug possession and distribution offenses. Silvis, Logan, Ashe and Tull face additional weapons charges, according to police records.
Silvas' bail was set at $155,000. Womack's bail was set at $150,000. Bail for Logan and Raheem McKinnon was set at $100,000 each. Ashe's bail was set at $80,000. Bail for Saladeen McKinnon, Miller and Tull was set at $50,000 each and Walker's bail was set at $30,000, according to police records.
