The 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines, are set to hold the exercise from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to a statement from the base.
Officials said the "moderate" noise could be louder during cloudy or overcast weather.
The base regularly issues alerts to surrounding communities when artillery and demolitions exercises are scheduled. Base officials have said the trainings are needed to ensure military readiness.
