A cryogenic liquid storage container failed Wednesday, releasing gas into a laboratory
PRINCETON - A cryogenic liquid storage container ruptured in a laboratory at Princeton University early Thursday, releasing helium gas but harming no one, officials said.
It was not immediately known what caused the failure of the storage container, which attracted Princeton firefighters to Jadwin Hall around 1:30 a.m., Mia Pullan, university spokeswoman, said.
No property was damaged and no injuries were reported, Pullan said.
