Sunday, Valentine's Day saw temperatures as low as 6 degrees. Freezing and above are expected from Monday on.

TRENTON -- Hearts may have been warm on Valentine's Day, but the weather was not.

Capping a bitter cold weekend, Sunday saw wind chills in negative numbers. Even so, some people were undaunted.

As is the case every Sunday morning, there was a line of patrons waiting outside P.J.'s Pancake House on Nassau Street in Princeton.

Potential future hockey hall of famers took to the ice on the frozen surface of Afton Lake in Yardley, Pa. and the Delaware River was partially frozen from Trenton to Bordentown.

For Monday, President's Day, the temperatures are expected to hit freezing and above with possible light snowfall during the day turning to rain by evening.
