An overnight snow storm dropped a few inches of snow in Mercer County prompting most schools to opt for a delayed opening on Friday to allow roads to be cleared.
The accumulating snow is expected to continue through the morning commute and taper off around 9 a.m.
The following schools have made announcements about delays and closures:
* East Windsor Regional District schools 90 minute delay.
* Ewing Township Public Schools 90 minute delay. Classes start as follows: EHS 9:15, FMS 9:55, Elementary 10:30, OBA 9:05.
* Hamilton Township Public Schools 90 minute delay.
* Hopewell Valley Regional Public Schools 90 minute delay.
* The Hun School of Princeton Delayed opening at 9:30 a.m.
* Lawrence Township Public Schools 2-hour delay.
* Notre Dame High School in Lawrence 90-minute delay.
* Mercer County Special Services and Vocational Schools Closed.
* The Pennington School Delayed opening at 9:30 a.m.
* Princeton Day School Delayed opening at 9:30 a.m.
* Princeton Public Schools 90 minute delay.
* Robbinsville School District 90 minute delay. Morning preschool is cancelled.
* Trenton Catholic Academy 90 minute delay.
* Trenton Public Schools 90 minute delay.
* Villa Victoria Academy Closed.
* West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District 90-minute delay.
* Mercer County Community College Open.
* Princeton University Open.
