Arnoldo Agreda-Rodriguez was charged with making terroristic threats and simple assault Monday
PRINCETON - Princeton police have arrested a man accused of attacking a woman on the street last week and taking her to a nearby house, where she escaped through a window.
Arnoldo Agreda-Rodriguez, 43, of Princeton, faces charges of making terroristic threats and simple assault. He was arrested Monday, three days after the alleged attack.
Police said Agreda-Rodriguez knew the 48-year-old woman and the attack was not random. She was walking along Witherspoon Street near Green Street around 9:45 p.m. Friday when Agreda-Rodriguez struck her from behind, police said.
Agreda-Rodriguez brought the woman to a house on Green Street and assaulted her again before she was able to escape through a window.

Agreda-Rodriguez was arrest at his home on Green Street Monday in a residence on the opposite side of the street from the house where he took the woman, police siad.
He was being held in the Mercer County Correctional Center Tuesday in lieu of a $15,000 bond
